These terms apply to the use of roxenoriginal.com and to services provided by ROXEN ORIGINAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Roxen Original").
Services
We provide Amazon Ads management and Amazon seller account management. The exact scope, fees and reporting are agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
Client responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorised to control, the Amazon account and products we manage.
- You stay responsible for your products, inventory, tax, legal compliance and Amazon's policies.
- You pay advertising spend directly to Amazon through your own account.
Account access
We access client accounts only through Amazon's user permissions. You may remove our access at any time. We do not need or request your main password.
No guarantee of results
Sales, rankings and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including product, price, reviews, competition and Amazon's decisions. We do not guarantee any specific result.
Fees and termination
Our fees and notice period are stated in the written agreement. Either party may end the service under the terms of that agreement.
Confidentiality
We keep client business and account information confidential and use it only to provide the agreed services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Roxen Original is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Amazon on a client's account.
Trademarks
Amazon and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
