We agree scope, fees and reporting in writing before work starts.
Secure Access
You add us as a user with the permissions you choose.
Management
We manage and optimise, and you receive regular reports.
Account access and security
We ask you to add our team through Amazon's user permissions (Seller Central user permissions and Amazon Ads user access). We do not ask for your main account password, bank details or card details. You can remove our access at any time.
Reporting
You receive regular reports showing advertising spend, sales, ACoS and the main changes we made. You can contact us by email at any time.
Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before we start. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Amazon through your own account.
Ending the service
You can end the service with the notice period written in your agreement and remove our access whenever you wish.
